At Fundalentro we take great care to protect your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data we collect, why we collect it, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
Fundalentro B.V., registered at Keizersgracht 415, 1016 EK Amsterdam, listed in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register under number 89234567, is the controller for the processing of your personal data as described in this policy.
2. Which data we collect
We only collect the data you provide to us through the newsletter subscription form: your name and email address. In addition, we keep anonymised visit statistics to improve our content.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively for sending our weekly Eco newsletter and for managing your subscription. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data is removed from our active database within thirty days.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You can exercise these rights by sending a message to redactie@fundalentro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted storage and secure connections.
7. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated. The most recent version is always available on this page. Significant changes will be announced through the newsletter.
